Online Fitness Coach

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and certified Online Fitness Coach to join their expanding digital wellness platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for designing personalized online fitness programs, providing virtual coaching, and supporting clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through digital channels. The role requires a deep understanding of online training methodologies, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to inspire and guide individuals remotely through innovative digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized online workout plans and nutritional guidance based on client assessments and goals.
• Conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Utilize the company's digital platform to manage client communication, track progress, and deliver content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fitness coaching, with at least 1 year focusing on online or virtual coaching.
• Proficiency with online coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and fitness tracking apps.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and behavioural change principles.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and client relationship management skills.
