Online Fulfillment Specialist – Flexible Hours

Selfridges is seeking an Online Fulfilment Associate in London to drive efficient picking, packing, returns, click-and-collect and dispatch. You will support workload planning, maintain stock accuracy and uphold quality standards across the fulfilment process.

You will work closely with Brand Specialists and department teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs during peak trading periods, while adhering to safety guidelines.
