About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and engaging Online Learning Facilitator to join their cutting-edge remote childcare program, catering to families across the Brighton and surrounding areas. This is a fully remote position focused on delivering enriching educational experiences and fostering development in young children through digital platforms. You will design and lead interactive online sessions, create engaging digital content, and provide support and resources to parents and children, all from a remote location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate online learning sessions and activities for early years children.
• Create engaging digital educational content, including videos, games, and interactive materials.
• Facilitate virtual group activities and one-on-one interactions to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing feedback on child progress and offering home-based learning strategies.
• Ensure all online activities and communications comply with safeguarding policies and online safety best practices.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Early Years Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in delivering educational programs to young children, preferably with some experience in online or blended learning environments.
• Proficiency in using various digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and creative software for content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both children and adults online.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
