Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging online courses and learning modules using various e-learning tools and platforms.
- Facilitate online discussions, provide timely feedback on student work, and offer virtual academic support.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying areas where additional support may be needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create high-quality digital content.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in online education and educational technology, applying them to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Digital Learning, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and delivering online courses or facilitating virtual learning environments.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage learners remotely.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
