About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Online Mathematics Tutor to join their fully remote team of educators. This role focuses on providing personalized and effective mathematics tutoring to students across different age groups and academic levels. You will be responsible for delivering engaging online sessions, creating supplementary learning materials, and guiding students to build confidence and improve their mathematical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions in mathematics, adapting to student needs and learning styles.
• Develop and share supplementary learning resources, practice problems, and study guides to reinforce concepts taught.
• Provide constructive feedback on student performance, identifying strengths and areas for development.
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with students and the coordination team.
• Utilize various online platforms and tools to create an interactive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics at any level.
• Strong understanding of core mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
