Online Operations Manager - Lead In-Store Fulfillment

Asda is seeking an Online Manager in Blackpool to oversee the day-to-day online operation in-store, keeping the team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. This is a full-time permanent role requiring 45 hours per week.

You will drive the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validating picker and driver resource through effective rota planning to ensure accuracy in the online operation.
