About the Role

You will work collaboratively with buying, marketing, and web development teams to execute a compelling online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement product assortments, categorization, and navigation on the e-commerce website to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Manage product data, including descriptions, images, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
• Plan and execute online promotions, pricing strategies, and markdowns in alignment with sales targets and margin goals.
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for merchandising optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product launches are supported with effective online visibility and campaigns.
• Work closely with the web development team to implement site enhancements that improve the online merchandising capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online merchandising , e-commerce, or a related retail role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product presentation, navigation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and merchandising tools.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
