You will be responsible for managing online inventory, processing orders, coordinating with fulfillment partners, and resolving any operational issues that arise. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the online order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and update online inventory levels across various platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers for efficient dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement in the online customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that impact online sales and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of online inventory management systems and order processing workflows.
