Online SEN Teacher - Primary Key Stage 1

About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and qualified Online SEN Teacher to specialize in supporting Primary Key Stage 1 students with Special Educational Needs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to deliver vital educational support and inclusive learning experiences to children from your home base. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to Primary Key Stage 1 students with SEN needs via online platforms.

• Assess student progress regularly and provide detailed feedback to students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to provide holistic support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and interventions.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching students with SEN, particularly at Key Stage 1.
• Experience in developing and implementing EHC plans.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital resources for SEN education.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
