Online Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is recruiting for an Online Manager at our Kidderminster store. You will plan and lead an in-store online picking and delivery team, coaching shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless, safe shopping experience for online and in-store customers.

You will work with other managers to ensure the overall store's shopping experience excels, with strong emphasis on performance management, disciplinaries, and accurate scheduling and pay.
