Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions in English Literature to students at various academic levels (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, University).
• Develop personalized learning plans based on individual student needs and goals.
• Create and curate supplementary learning materials, such as study guides, practice questions, and analyses.
• Provide constructive feedback on essays, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with students and parents regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and relevant literary criticism.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English Literature.
• Excellent understanding of literary analysis, critical theory, and key literary periods/genres.
• Strong IT proficiency and experience with online tutoring platforms and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate students and foster an independent learning approach.
