About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Tutor to provide expert academic support to students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations , based remotely with students across Cardiff and beyond. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about facilitating student success through personalized online learning experiences. You will leverage digital tools to deliver tailored instruction, helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions in a variety of GCSE and A-Level subjects.
• Develop personalized learning plans based on individual student needs and learning styles.
• Utilize online platforms and digital resources to create interactive and supportive learning environments.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and track their progress towards academic targets.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes and examination requirements for relevant subjects.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant academic subject or a teaching qualification.
• Proven experience tutoring or teaching students at GCSE and/or A-Level.
• Excellent understanding of the UK curriculum for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Strong digital literacy and experience using online learning platforms and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
