Onsite 1st Line IT Support Technician — Part-Time

JD Healthcare is seeking a part-time 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our IT team at Harley Street. You will be the first contact for internal users, resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues and logging incidents. 35 hours per week on-site.

The role requires at least 1 year in IT support, familiarity with Windows, Dell/HP/Canon hardware, and Office 365. Knowledge of ITIL and relevant certifications is preferred. Travel to other clinics may be required.
