Onsite 24/7 Shift Production Lead – Rail Depot

Alstom is seeking a Shift Production Manager in East Ham to oversee the 24/7 production operations at Eastham Depot. You will ensure safe, on-time train delivery, manage production teams, and drive continuous improvements in safety and efficiency. The role requires leadership of maintenance activities and adherence to rail industry standards.
