The Bicester Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Duty Manager at Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, to lead the day-to-day guest experience operation from opening to closing and oversee key guest facilities.

You’ll collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Tourism teams to keep every part of the guest journey running at its best, with onsite work across evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
