Onsite Mechanical Maintenance Lead – Plant Reliability & Safety

7 Steel UK – Cardiff (Onsite) is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the Mechanical Engineering and Craft teams on the plant floor and in the offices. The role covers project scope, resources, safety and continuous improvement across maintenance activities at our Swansea/Cardiff site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, extensive industrial maintenance experience in a steel environment, and strong leadership and safety credentials.
