Onsite Recruiter – Leicester: End-to-End Talent

Pertemps in Leicester is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our busy distribution operation. You will own the end-to-end recruitment journey, create engaging campaigns, source talent, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate inductions and assessments.

You will build strong relationships with candidates, workers, and client stakeholders, monitor KPIs and service levels, and use data to improve attraction and retention. Some out-of-hours support may be required during peak periods.
