Open-Fire Kitchen Chef de Partie — Mediterranean Grilling

Firebird Restaurant and Wine Bar in London’s SOHO is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the 55-cover Mediterranean-inspired kitchen. You will work with ancient open-fire techniques, crafting unique flavors and ingredient combinations while collaborating with local suppliers and farmers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in chef roles, experience with open fire, fluent English, a Level 2 Food Hygiene certification, and a strong, positive work ethic.
