Operational HR Business Partner — Change & ER Expert

SF Partners in Nottinghamshire is recruiting an HR Business Partner with an operational focus to support a busy HR team. This hybrid role (office-based 2 days) requires an experienced HR Generalist capable of handling employee relations and change projects, starting with a proactive and hands-on approach.

You will partner with managers, coach leaders, and contribute to workforce planning and policy development. CIPD qualification is welcomed but not essential if experience is strong.
