Operational Readiness Manager – DB Pensions Onboarding

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is seeking an Operational Readiness Manager in Customer Operations. You will oversee onboarding projects for new schemes, manage readiness with internal and outsourced teams, and provide MI on risks, readiness, and go-live actions.

Strong project management, data analysis and stakeholder skills are essential. You will drive improvements to processes, ensure day 1/2 readiness, and mentor junior staff while aligning with PIC values and regulatory guidelines.
