Operations & Insights Manager

AWE is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join its site-based team at Aldermaston. You will help ensure information, insight and performance data inform decision-making across the organisation, working with senior leaders to deliver priority outcomes.

Key duties include driving improvements to reporting and governance, analysing performance data, and building relationships with stakeholders at various levels to prioritise and deliver high-quality outputs.
