Location: Redditch Hours: Part time, flexible between 15 and 25 hours per week Salary: £10,140 to £19,500 depending on experience and hours

We’re working with an established food and drink business in Redditch who are looking to add an Operations & Logistics Administrator to their team. This is a varied part time role supporting the wider Operations and Logistics function, with a strong focus on administration, transport planning, compliance and day to day coordination. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics and play an important part in keeping transport, staffing and operational processes running smoothly.

The role You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the Operations and Logistics team with day to day administration Assisting with fleet management and vehicle planning Supporting driver and operational staff planning and rotas Coordinating delivery and collection schedules Supporting route planning and logistics optimisation Assisting with vehicle maintenance schedules and defect records Managing transport and driver compliance administration Supporting tachograph, working time and driving time records Assisting with customer order, picking, consolidation and load planning Supporting production planning and supplier collection schedules Maintaining accurate company and compliance documentation Providing key operational and logistics information to other departments About you We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience within operations, logistics, transport administration or a similar role Has an understanding of transport and operational compliance Is confident managing administration across multiple priorities Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft systems Has strong written and verbal communication skills Is organised, self motivated and able to use their own initiative Is comfortable working in a fast paced environment Has experience within food, retail, FMCG or distribution, although broader logistics experience will also be considered Has their own transport and a full UK driving licence Experience or knowledge of O Licence compliance, vehicle planning, driver compliance, tachographs or logistics planning would be particularly beneficial.

This is a fully site based position in Redditch, with flexible part time hours between 15 and 25 hours per week, depending on the successful candidate.
