GOALS Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff and provide management cover as needed. The role supports the General Manager in developing sales plans to maximise income opportunities and promote operational excellence.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, recruitment assistance, admin compliance, health & safety adherence, attendance at weekly meetings, and stock/cash reconciliation to ensure high standards of service and smooth club operations.
