Our client, a luxury real estate company in Central London, seeks an Operations Manager to join a busy, office-based team. The role covers operational processes, CRM and marketing and comms support, reporting to a senior team and acting as go-to for day-to-day issues.

Permanent role with opportunities to grow, you will help streamline workflows, train new starters, and coordinate campaigns, trackers, PR activity and internal comms. Strong CRM experience and organisational skills are essential.
