Our ambition is to be the partner of choice across the fund finance ecosystem: providing institutional investors exposure to high-quality, investment-grade risk-adjusted returns and providing private capital managers with certainty, speed and tailored solutions where traditional providers cannot always move. Working closely with the Deal Team, Portfolio Management, Finance and Capital Formation, you will play a critical role in ensuring transactions move seamlessly from execution through to ongoing portfolio management. You'll be involved in the operational management of our lending platform, supporting deal execution, monitoring cash movements, reconciling transactions, resolving operational issues and helping maintain the integrity of our systems and reporting.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Controls, Data management: documentation, governance, risk, and day-to-day operational oversight.
- Loan Operations: Administration of post-close loan lifecycle events.
- Technology & Change: System enhancements, integrations, and operational change initiatives.
- Stakeholder Support: Oversight of external service providers and operational support for new funds and platform expansion.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational data.
- Experience working with investment or portfolio management systems would be advantageous.

We may use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process. All hiring decisions are made by people.
