Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development lifecycles.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability of technology systems.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional technology operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Manage the operational budget for technology departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align operational capabilities with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology operations management, with at least 4 years in a Director-level role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure , cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
• Proven experience in managing software development operations and technical support functions.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in a high-growth technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
