Our client is seeking a results-driven Operations Director to oversee and enhance all operational facets for their expanding business in Manchester . This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and managing a significant team. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's operational strategy, implementing robust processes, and ensuring that the business runs smoothly and profitably. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in operational leadership and a passion for driving performance in a tangible, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of all company operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Manage departmental budgets, P&L responsibilities, and resource allocation effectively.
Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Extensive experience in a senior operations management or director-level role.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in financial management and budget control.
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Management or a related field.
