Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all operational activities, including supply chain, logistics, production, and customer service.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and enhance competitive advantage.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and driving organizational change.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
