About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and objectives.
• Manage and optimize all operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operational professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage hybrid work models effectively, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
