About the Role
Our client is looking for a visionary Operations Director to spearhead operational strategy and execution within their facilities in Coventry . You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing large teams, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services. This hybrid role allows for a balance between on-site leadership and remote work, fostering a connected and productive work culture. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's operational strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead and inspire diverse operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee all operational functions, including resource allocation, process improvement, and quality control.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and optimized.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational environments and large workforces.
- Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment , balancing on-site and remote team management.
