Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent executive role.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational transformations and achieving measurable results.
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational risk assessment.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing complex supply chains and international operations is a plus.
• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
