Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior operations leadership roles, demonstrating a history of driving significant operational improvements.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and P&Ls effectively.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience in managing hybrid workforces.
• Expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
