Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years as an Operations Director or equivalent.

• Expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and financial management.
