Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and driving significant business improvements.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
