About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead their comprehensive operations in Bristol . Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives in Bristol .
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all operational departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior operations leadership role, such as Operations Director or Senior Operations Manager.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful operational strategies.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in operations management software and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
