Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies in a remote-first environment .
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
