Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the entire operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control processes.
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies, particularly within the Birmingham operational hub.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a directorial capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage large teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operational software.
