Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall operational strategy to align with the company's global objectives.
Oversee and optimize all operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage significant budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across various departments.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to remote operational teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies in operational practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent executive role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex operational strategies.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and P&Ls.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
Expertise in operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and performance metrics.
MBA or a relevant Master's degree is preferred.
