Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall operational strategy to align with the company's global objectives.
- Oversee and optimize all operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage significant budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation across various departments.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to remote operational teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior Operations Director or equivalent executive role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex operational strategies.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and P&Ls.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
- Expertise in operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and performance metrics.
- MBA or a relevant Master's degree is preferred.
