About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and manage all operational functions in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in senior operations leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans that deliver measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L responsibility, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, process optimization, and project management.
• Ability to effectively manage on-site operations and lead teams in a demanding environment.
