Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes and production workflows.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with process simulation, data analysis, and performance metric tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
