Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement process improvements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and production methodologies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Operations) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in operations, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and performance reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
