Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production output and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement process changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality control.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Support new product introductions by ensuring manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Operations) or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an operations or manufacturing engineering role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and basic CAD.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment in Bradford .
