Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Identify, analyze, and map current business processes to uncover areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Develop and deploy standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across operational teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement techniques and tools.
- Measure and report on the impact of improvement projects, ensuring sustainable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Experience in process mapping and data analysis tools is essential.
