About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational excellence programs.
• Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Monitor and report on the impact of implemented changes on key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
