Are you an organised, influential operator who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and delivering at pace in fast-moving environments?
As our Retail Operations Executive, you will be the engine behind operational delivery across the UK Field Team. Acting as the central hub between leadership, clients and Omnichannel Merchandisers (OMs), you’ll ensure workflows are clear, schedules are optimised and Go-To-Market activity lands flawlessly.
You’ll take full end-to-end ownership of operational delivery, turning plans into action through clear coordination and smart execution, bringing structure, pace and clarity to operations, keeping teams aligned and delivery on track, and ensuring the Field Team consistently performs at its best.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Lead and coordinate Go-To-Market projects to ensure seamless execution across retail and contact centre environments
- Own scheduling and resource planning for Omnichannel Merchandisers, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Act as the central point of coordination between leadership, clients and the UK Field Team
- Manage workflows, timelines and dependencies across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver clear, structured communications to keep the Field Team aligned and informed
- Produce reporting and insights on performance, efficiency and GTM delivery to support decision-making
- Provide operational support on ad-hoc initiatives and short-term projects
- Champion compliance, inclusivity and Blue Square values across all activity
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- Strong experience in operations, workflow management or retail field coordination.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to act as a bridge between leadership, clients and field teams
- Data confident, with experience using reporting and insight to inform decisions
- Adaptable, resilient and comfortable responding to change
- A collaborative team player who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence required
