About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational workflows and identify bottlenecks or areas of inefficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and management, to implement changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations role.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities in Norwich .
