About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Lead with a specialization in Supply Chain to join their team in Leeds . You will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, collaborate with internal departments and external partners, and implement strategies to enhance performance and resilience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business needs.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.

Requirements
