Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Lead to join their team in Southampton , operating on a hybrid model. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of their business operations. You will be responsible for managing operational processes, leading a small team, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance to senior management.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a hybrid work environment .
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, project management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant operational software and tools.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
