Pension Pulse, a rapidly growing financial services business, seeks an Operations Manager for Client Services & Administration in Manchester. You’ll own day-to-day performance, drive workloads, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

This hands-on leadership role requires getting into the detail, spotting bottlenecks, and delivering improvements across the teams as the business scales. Office-based, Monday to Friday.
