Operations Leader: Global Supply Chain & Demand Forecasting

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the backbone of supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics as the business scales internationally. You’ll work directly with the Founder to build scalable systems in a fast-growing, bootstrapped environment.

The role requires strong forecasting, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with jewelry, packaging suppliers, and warehouses across UK, EU, and US. Hybrid setup in London area.
